from Jules: week 4 response to lead-in with peg/rbv is a good predictor of SVR, but SVR predictors for poor interferon responders are: being genotype 1b compared to 1a, having less fibrosis (F0/1/2 compared to F3), having a baseline viral load of <3 IU/mL, and no patient with <3 log decline in viral load at treatment week 8 achieved SVR
