Vitamin D Supplementation Decreases Immune Activation and Exhaustion in HIV+ Youth...high dose did best & increased Vit D levels best too

  Reported by Jules Levin
CROI 2016 Feb 22-24 Boston

from Jules: high dose Vitamin D supplementation 4000 a day had the best affect on increasing Vitamin D levels & reducing immune activation & inflammation markers, but standard (600) & medium doses (2000) of Vitamin D also significantly increased Vitamin D levels too
