"In Cox Mutivariate Analysis only SVR was associated with fibrosis regression....In a K-M analysis,for patients with fibrosis stage 4 at baseline probability of improvement for SVR-patients was 26% & 48% at 1 and 3 years, respectively. For non-SVR patients, it was 7% & 21% at the same time points"...from Jules: if you look at the graphs below you can see ongoing progressive improvement in fibrosis as far out as the graphs go which appears to be about 7 years or more
