from Jules: of the approximate 1.35 million diagnosed with HCV this study finds 813,000 patients meet the "highest" or "high" priority criteria for treatment "according to the new treatment guidance (August 2014) ", which many public & private payers are still using apparently despite that the Guidance panel has back off on their criteria since. This means however about 500,000 are denied treatment
