from Jules: the differences between older HIV+ & HIV-negatives regarding both the prevalence of comorbidities & the acceleration for immune decline & thus future onset for frailty & disability due to impaired immunity is greater than can be captured by Medicaid & Commercial insurance data. This aging problem in HIV will explode.
