I have received a HIV+ patient communication directly from the patient who reports a 90-95% reversal of facial lipoatrophy & increased rear end fat, he had never had belly fat so nothing to report on that, this is after treatment with Repatha, the PCKS9 inhibitor from Amgen. I have communicated with the research medical team at amgen & the lead investigator of the just enrolling HIV Repatha study but its too late to look at this in their study.
