from Jules: yesterday I reported the exercise study at AASLD showing exercise improved health. Diet & exercise are best health actions of course not to ignore medications when advised by doctor. similar study results previously show certain diets reduce death, improve health, reduce cancers & comorbidities risk - Mediterranean diet studies show this as well as soy or plant based diets show reduced cancer rates & metabolics improvements, high intake of vegetables, reduced or eliminated red meat intake, organic food one study showed improved health/mortality.
