At his morning briefing, Governor Cuomo also released the results of antibody testing in some of the low-income New York City neighborhoods that have been hit hardest by the coronavirus.

In many of the neighborhoods, more than 1 in 3 residents tested positive for antibodies, a far higher rate than citywide rate of about 20 percent, Mr. Cuomo said.

In two neighborhoods, Brownsville in Brooklyn and Morrisania in the Bronx, more than 40 percent of people tested had antibodies for the coronavirus, the governor said.

Mr. Cuomo also released the state's daily virus fatalities - 112 deaths, up slightly from the 105 reported on Tuesday.
