All too often suboptimal health perception & mental health will translate into reduced longevity & certainly reduced physical function & mental function. We need an HIV healthcare systems that reflects & integrates an infrastructure that meets the needs for the aging HIV population,where soon 50% will be over 60 & 75% > 50. In NY & SF now 60% are >50 & 25-30% >60. Jules Levin, NATAP
