for comparison here is HRSA paper published December 2020. Where my understanding is the factored out those that joined Medicare due to disability, where they found higher rates for PWH for mortality & many comorbidities. There seems to be big age difference between HIV+ in this study (57 yo) & HRSA study (70 yo)
