unless geriatric care is integrated into HIV care at Ryan White Clinics we will never have an adequate care system fr older aging PWH. Already 200,000+ PWH are over 60-6 in USA, in 5 years by 2030 is expected 75% of PWH in USA will be over 50 & 40% over 60. Right now our care system fr older PWH is completely broken In NYC major RW major hospital based clinics do not provide the aging screenings needed, they provide a completely inadequate 20 minute visit mandated by cliic business administrators - this is killing patients. We are completely unprepared for this problem & the federal & state response is completely inadequate. Jules Levin, NATAP
