CBO Issues Comments on National HCV Elimination Plan: A Call for New Research in the Area of Hepatitis C

The elimination plan in waiting from 2 US Senators Cassidy & Van Hollen was on hold waitng for the CBO to issue a report on the cost analysis of such a large-scale national program. Here re the CBO reports, they ask for more information. Whether this puts the prospective Bill on hold is the question. But the CBO reports create concerns, while the reports say additional treatment would be cost saving for Medicaid they raise other questions & calls for more information. It’s a mixed report. Jules
