I know of some people who have Hep C & very bad lung conditions. I was wondering if there might be a connection between the Hep C & their lung conditions.

There have been reports of associations but not proof between HCV and lung disease, including pulmonary fibrosis, and cryoglobulinemia affecting the lung. Unfortunately, the only way of sorting this out is to try to remove the HCV from the picture. This can be tricky because of the underlying lung disease, and the occasional respiratory side effects of the treatments.
