What am I to expect once I start this medication. I work in a physical environment and am worried that I may not be able to keep up with it. Will I have to make adjustments with my employer? Also I am having very severe lower back and hip pain on the right side and have had it for quite some time. I have had no injuries. Could this be the joint pain that is described with Hep C?

You may wish to prepare your employer for that possibility - 20% of my patients have required job modifications. the pain on one side only is a bit unusual to be HCV - i would have it checked out.
