I have one more question. Starting January 1st, in the state of California, you must enroll with Access Assurance for approval. What is Access Assurance and why do you need an approval number before the Pharmacist can order the drug and for you to start treatment?
 

This is a number that the company has created that is the equivalent of a waiting list for the medication. there are usually no hassles in getting one - you can do this through your doctor's office.
