Hcv and its antibodies form immune complexes which are deposited in small
vessels, including skin (cutaneous vasculitis), kidneys (gloerulonephritis),
peripheral nerves (neuropathy)....this complicates HCV in less than 5% of
cases. this syndrome can respond to antiviral therapy.
