Resolution of HCV infection.

Doctor,

For someone HCV positive, confirmed by RIBA, with last possible exposure 32 years ago, with all liver function values normal, and HCV RNA with sensitivity <300 detecting no viral RNA -- could this be anything but a resolved infection?
