Adding other drugs or Amantadine to the Peg/Ribavirin mix?

I was a non-resonder to the IFN/Rib combo. My viral load is currently 200 million copies and my genotype is 1b. I am getting ready to start the PEG/Rib combo and want to know if a better response might be obtained by adding a third drug such as Amantidine?

There is no compelling evidence saying that this is the case. I would not use amantadine. RC
