ICAAC and Hurricane Katrina Update - Wednesday, August 31, 3:30pm EST

It is with sadness that ASM announces the rescheduling of ICAAC to later in the year due to Hurricane Katrina and its devastating affect on New Orleans.
ICAAC will now be held December 16-19, 2005, at the Washington, DC Convention Center.
If you plan to attend ICAAC, your registration will automatically transfer. The deposit for your New Orleans hotel room will be refunded to you. Final housing procedures for Washington will be communicated to you once all hotels and rates are confirmed.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled ICAAC, email ICAAC@itsmeetings.com before September 23 for a full refund of registration fees and hotel deposits.
United Airlines, ICAAC's only partner airline, will waive the $100 change fee for any tickets issued for the rescheduled ICAAC. Please call the United Meeting Desk at 1-800-521-4041 to make the changes. Other airline policies vary, check with your airline for their policy on re-ticketing or refunding airfare.
